Westward Whiskey wanted to share their flagship whiskey with a story as unique as the whiskey itself.
THE INSIGHT
Well, it turns out that the first step in creating a single malt whiskey is brewing a pretty damn good beer... introducing Westward, a whiskey born and brewed in Beertown- er, Portland, USA.
THE EXECUTION
Plenty of whiskeys start as a beer, but the value in this story has been highly under-utilized. Shot in a single day, we traced the origins of this premium malt whiskey from a beer into something altogether special, celebrating Portland’s beer brewing culture along the way.
