Crux Fermentation Project came to us looking to share their story – to set the record straight when it comes to who they are, and where they’re going.
The result: the world’s first ever Coaster|Book.
Created over a year, this oral-history of Crux is their story, in their own words. Featuring text made entirely from staff quotes, and photography captured in a single day at the brewery, this book is intended to be read in the time it takes to enjoy a pint of Crux’s next-level beer.
And made with a true cork cover, this book is truly “all about the beer”.
Westward Whiskey - Brewed and Distilled in Portland, Oregon.
House Spirits Distillery wanted to share their flagship whiskey with a story as unique as the whiskey itself.
Well, it turns out that the first step in creating a single malt whiskey is brewing a pretty damn good beer... introducing Westward, a whiskey born and brewed in Beertown- er, Portland, USA.
For Deschutes Brewery’s 30th Anniversary, we were tasked with creating an interactive experience exclusively for Deschutes co-owners.
Presenting the BEER MAZE – 270 beer pallets designed into a 6-room maze showcasing the core values of the brewery through creative experiences.
Over 400 co-owners entered the maze, donned protective clean suits and roamed through experiences featuring leaf blowers filled with confetti, falling water, a claw machine full of beer, water guns filled with paint, blacklights, fog machines, exploding “hops” and experimental beers… a beautiful mess, and a killer way to introduce the brand’s new direction to their community.
Oh, and then we did it all over again at the Portland Pub… indoors.
Cîroc and Blue Flame Agency hired yours truly to co-lead the creative launch of Cîroc VS, an ultra-fine French Brandy from the Cîroc distillery.
The 360-campaign included film, experiential, outdoor, influencer, social, and even some Diddy.
And honestly? Shit’s good, y’all.
House Spirits Distillery asked us to create a campaign to promote their Krogstad Aquavit, a spirit experiencing a moment in the cocktail world as a versatile twist on traditional elixirs.
We presented Krogstad as a truly Scandinavian spirit with a mysterious side intended to encourage trial amongst cocktail enthusiasts. Look out – aquavit ain’t just for your sweater-sporting grandpa anymore…

Through package design and copywriting, we revealed this mysterious style's tastiest secrets and enticed beer drinkers with bold + bright design that gets this blonde tripel popping off the shelf.
Pacific Wonderland is the nickname we've given to this place we call home.
Deschutes Brewery came to us asking for a film to promote the 2017 debut of their dry-hopped Pacific Wonderland Lager, a sessionable brew inspired by the natural beauty of their home state of Oregon.
